Politique de remboursement
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to return. Return costs are for your own account.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the return form, which comes with your order. Don't have it? No problem, just download it here.

Beware: Petit Filippe cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the returned item(s). Please retain the proof of postage (tracking code) until we have confirmed that your refund has been processed.
Refunds
We aim to process your return and issue a refund within 10 business days. If approved, you’ll be automatically confirmed and refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This might take 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We don't exchange products for another size/color or another product. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and in the meanwhile, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within one week) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Defects not covered by the warranty:
- Normal wear and tear of clothing or bag.
- Pilling of clothes.
- Defects caused by washing or drying.
- Wear and tear on swimwear.
- Defects caused by external influences, such as friction, sharp objects or chemicals.
Colour Disclaimer
Due to variation on devices used to view our products, such as mobile screens, tablets and desktops, the colours shown may appear different to the product you receive. This is reproduction of colours on images viewed on different devices may not be precise or accurate. It is not possible to guarantee that colours of garments you receive will be an exact match to the colour of the product you have viewed online because of this.

What is the returns policy for free gifts?
Any free gifts received in a promotion cannot be returned for a cash refund or gift voucher. Only one free gift is allowed per customer during the promotional period. Free gift promotions are available while stocks last. If a free gift was included within your original order and you choose to return part or all of the order, taking it below the threshold to be eligible for the free gift, you will need to return the free gift with the other items. If the free gift is not returned, the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
