Politique d'expédition
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and ready to ship within the Netherlands. Orders within The Netherlands placed before 12:00 CET, will be delivered the next day in most cases. Orders placed in the week ends will be processed and shipped the Monday after. As soon as your order is shipped you'll receive a Track & Trace code to follow your package.
Delivery charges to other countries: At checkout, after completing the delivery addresses and -country, the system will automatically calculate the delivery costs. Please send us an email if your country is not in the list: info@petitfilippe.nl
Delivery time
We ship all orders from our fulfillment warehouse located in The Netherlands.
Countries within the EU:
The Netherlands and Belgium: between 1 and 2 working days (PostNL).
France: 3-5 working days (DPD).
Germany: 3-5 working days (PostNL).
Greece, Ireland, Malta, Romania: 3-5 working days (Fedex Express Delivery).*
Italy, Switzerland and Spain (incl Canary Islands): 3-6 working days (PostNL).
Other countries within the EU: 3-8 working days (PostNL).
Rest of the world:
Andorra, Bahrain, Canada, Chile, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Jersey, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Palestine, Philippines, Qatar, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and the USA: 3-5 working days (Fedex Express Delivery).*
Other countries within the rest of the world: between 12 and 15 working days (PostNL).
* Except for big parcels such as cribs, nests and baskets, they will be shipped via standard (parcel)mail, delivery time 7-20 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders delivered to EU countries are following the rules of the VAT One Stop Shop scheme. When ordering goods for delivery outside of EU, VAT will not be collected. Import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the EU. Petit Filippe assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. Countries where this applies are for example Norway, the UK, the VS and Switzerland.
Important:
If your package has not been delivered while the tracking says it has, you must contact us within 3 working days. We can then conduct an investigation in collaboration with the sender. Unreceived packages that are reported to us later than 7 days can no longer be processed.
